We're happy to discuss how that might look for you as part of the hiring process.\nOn a typical day, you'll be...\nActing as the focal point for a varied portfolio of payroll clients, delivering consistently fantastic customer service\nWorking closely with our network of in-country payroll partners to ensure customer payrolls are delivered on time and accurately\nHosting and chairing regular governance calls with customers to track progress, review performance and identify opportunities for improvement\nPreparing monthly governance reports by country \nEnsuring that payroll manuals are relevant and updated regularly to reflect current processes\nPreparing payroll calendars and checklists, ensuring that checking sheets are completed for every payroll processed\nAnswering queries from customers, partners and colleagues, troubleshooting and resolving where possible, or escalating more complex issues through our internal channels \n\nDoes this sound like you?\nExperience in a customer service / administration environment\nPayroll experience would be advantageous, but training will be provided\nSelf-motivated with a passion for great service delivery\nA genuine commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service\nAn unusually high attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors or notice when things “just don’t look right” -
