Success in this position requires a strong combination of HR knowledge, legal understanding, operational discipline, accuracy, and a willingness to be actively involved in daily HR administration and service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nEmployment Law & HR Advisory\nAdvising on employment law and labour relations matters.\nDrafting, reviewing and amending employment contracts and related documentation.\nAdvising on compliance with Dutch employment legislation and regulations. \nIdentifying legal risks and proposing practical solutions.\nOperational HR & EOR Activities\nCoordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.\nProcessing contract extensions, amendments and renewals.Supporting 30% ruling applications and registrations.\nMaintaining employee and client records within internal systems.\nCoordinating requests received through the shared mailbox.\nPreparing employer statements and other employment-related documentation.\nSupporting HR Portal administration.\nMonitoring pension and insurance-related matters.\nCoordinating various employee and client requests.\nDuty of Care\nActing as a trusted point of contact for employees.\nSupporting clients with HR and employment-related questions.\nAssisting with employee wellbeing, issue resolution and employee experience.\nSupporting a positive client experience throughout the employment lifecycle.\n Process Improvement & Compliance\nReviewing and improving HR and legal processes.\nSupporting compliance initiatives and audits.\nContributing to continuous improvement of the EOR service offering.\nEnsuring processes remain compliant, efficient and scalable.\nTo be truly effective you will…\nA completed HBO or WO education in Human Resources, Labour Law, Legal Studies or a related field. \nStrong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR practices. \nRelevant experience within HR, employment law, payroll-related HR processes, EOR, staffing, international employment or a comparable environment. \nStructured and highly organised. \nReliable and consistent. \nComfortable working in an operational environment. \nService-oriented towards both employees and clients. \nAble to switch easily between strategic thinking and administrative execution.\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy. \nA proactive and ownership-driven mindset. \nStrong written and verbal
