The Payroll Administrator will work with their customer base to manage their payroll from the beginning of the payroll cycle right through to social and fiscal declarations, advising and guiding customers through the cycle on tax and social declarations and providing a best in class customer experience.\nWhat a typical day looks like...\nProcessing monthly payroll changes\nDelivering monthly, client-specific administrative reports\nReviewing payroll calculations (four-eyes principle)\nFiling monthly payroll tax returns for our clients\nMonthly contact with clients to discuss payroll changes\nAdvising clients on payroll and tax-related matters\nMonitoring deadlines and maintain client action lists\nReviewing official tax notices\nThis is a client centric role, so this role focuses on fantastic customer service, as well as the ability to manage a really varied workload with a lot of client and partner interaction.\nTo be truly effective you will…\nAt least MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level\nHave strong knowledge of Dutch payroll processes, statutory requirements, and labour laws\nHave similar field ie.
