You also contribute to making the team better: writing runbooks, identifying patterns in escalations, and helping Level I teammates grow.\nOwn technical execution for complex or high-stakes onboarding engagements, including enterprise deployments with MDM, SCIM, SSO, and ActivConnect\nServe as the escalation point for Level I - triage inbound technical issues, resolve what you can, and route what you cannot to Solutions or Engineering with clear documentation\nGuide customers through MDM-based agent deployment (Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE, Kandji, Hexnode) including PPPC/TCC configuration on Mac\nSupport ActivConnect enablement including BigQuery, Analytics Hub, and custom data connection scoping\nUse scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) to support deployment automation, diagnostics, or environment validation\nWrite and maintain technical runbooks, escalation guides, and deployment playbooks for use by Level I teammates\nIdentify recurring technical friction points and surface them as product gaps or process improvement opportunities\nLead or support 1-to-many technical enablement sessions on advanced topics\nPartner with CSMs and Solutions teammates to scope technically complex accounts before onboarding begins\nWhat this role is not\nNot a custom development or advanced data architecture role\nNot responsible for building custom ActivConnect reports or data models\nNot a pre-sales Solutions Architect - you work post-sale\nNot a Customer Success Manager - you own technical execution, not commercial outcomes\nNot a people manager - this is a senior individual contributor role\nWhere this role leads\nLevel II is a senior IC role with a clear path forward. The next step is Senior Implementation Engineer, which carries broader scope, cross-functional influence, and ownership of practice-level improvements.
