This customer-facing role will bring critical technical know-how to build customer trust, advance sales, and provide technical expertise directly to customers and in collaboration with our global team. This hybrid-role is based in the San Francisco Bay area and the Senior Engineer would support business throughout the West Coast.\nAs a Senior Engineer, you will:\nLead technical support for our customers by working closely with our global sales and field-deployed global technical service teams. \nBe a trusted technical expert to our customers and establish and maintain positive relationships with key technical contacts and decision makers at our customers\nOwn and drive the on-time completion of customer activities, including leading technical calls with customers, managing customer samples, and experimental support for the customer opportunities they own\nUnderstand and implement coating application approaches on a variety of customer samples in customers’ production lines with our field-deployed technical team\nCommunicate technical advances internally with other members of the company and be able to engage customers on the details of our products\nEstablish relationships with vendors and contract manufacturers to expand actnano’s capabilities and address customer needs\nFrequent travel to visit customers on site in the Bay area is expected, with additional international and domestic business travel (15-20%) expected. \nWho We Need\nOur ideal Senior Engineer will possess the following experience and skills:\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering\nExperience supporting customers in the electronics industry is strongly preferred\nExperience with the application of coatings and manufacturing processes is preferred\nThe anticipated base salary for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 per year, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and work location, where
