feedback.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new QA team members.\n\nData Quality Assurance\nValidate datasets for:\nAccuracy\nCompleteness\nFreshness\nConsistency\nFormatting\nDuplicate records\nReview client deliverables before submission.\nEnsure adherence to project-specific validation checklists and SOPs.\nVerify data against client requirements and acceptance criteria.\n\nTesting & Validation\nPrepare detailed test plans and test cases for scraping projects.\nPerform functional and regression testing of web scrapers and APIs.\nValidate parser outputs after website structure changes.\nIdentify missing fields, incorrect mappings, duplicate records, and formatting inconsistencies.\nPerform sanity checks before production deliveries.\n\nScraper Validation\nTest web scraping applications, crawlers, APIs, and ETL pipelines.\nMonitor scraping performance and data quality after deployments.\nValidate outputs across multiple websites and data sources.\nCoordinate with developers to resolve extraction and parsing issues.\n\nProcess Improvement\nImprove QA processes, validation methodologies, and checklists.\nIdentify recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.\nMaintain documentation for QA processes and project-specific validations.\nDrive continuous improvements in delivery quality and efficiency.\n\nReporting & Coordination\nCoordinate with Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Delivery teams.\nTrack QA progress across multiple projects.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports.\nEscalate critical quality issues and project risks proactively.\nEnsure project deliveries meet defined SLAs and timelines.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n3–6 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.\nMinimum 2 years of experience leading a QA team.\nExperience working on web scraping, data extraction, or data validation projects.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nMust Have\nStrong understanding of:\nHTML\nDOM\nXPath\nCSS Selectors\nJSON\nXML\nHands-on experience with:\nSQL\nREST APIs\nData validation techniques\nExperience testing:\nWeb Scrapers\nCrawlers\nAPIs\nETL Pipelines\nFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.\nStrong understanding of Excel and large dataset validation.\n\nPreferred Skills\nBasic knowledge of Python scripting for QA automation.\nExperience with distributed web scraping frameworks.\nUnderstanding of proxy management and anti-bot mechanisms.\nExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.\nExposure to automated data validation frameworks.\nExperience in a Web Scraping, Market Intelligence, or Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) company.\n\nLeadership Expectations\n\nThe QA Team Lead should be capable of:\nManaging a team of QA Engineers effectively.\nHandling multiple client projects simultaneously.\nEnsuring on-time project deliveries with high
