Direct oversight of the apartment renovation process by coordinating scope of work and oversight of subcontractors to ensure satisfactory delivery of assigned capital improvement projects. Track progress against budget and performance milestones, prepare and deliver reports to management, as well as select, negotiate with, and manage activities of external consultants or vendors.\nRequirements\nThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent is preferred\nMinimum of seven years of construction supervisor or management experience\nHands on construction experience is required\nMust possess and maintain a valid driver’s license\nTeam members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
