Cost Estimation Engineer (M/F)

As part of the development of its Bordeaux agency, we are looking for an HVAC Cost Estimation Engineer (M/F).
Missions & Challenges: Within the estimation team and in direct contact with agency management, you will work on large-scale projects (sites from €1M to €13M) in HVAC, Plumbing, and Building Fluids.
File Analysis: In-depth study of the DCE (Business Consultation Files), analysis of CCTP, and identification of technical/regulatory issues.
Studies & Estimation: Carrying out measurements, sizing of installations, and development of precise price studies.
Consultations: Launching consultations with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiation, and cost optimization.
Tailor-made Proposals: Drafting technical reports and researching relevant economic or environmental variants.
File Transfer: Presentation of the selected estimate to the Works teams during the operational start of the site.
Location: Bordeaux / Metropolis.
Contract Type: Full-time CDI.
Remuneration: According to profile and experience (Attractive package: Fixed salary + Bonuses/Variable + Group social benefits + Vehicle according to internal grid).
Education: From BAC+2/3 to BAC+5 in Climate Engineering, Building Thermal Engineering, or Energy (BTS FED, BUT GTE, Professional License, Engineering School).
Experience: Junior profiles / Recent graduates accepted (a first experience via internship or work-study is a real plus).
Experienced profiles are welcome to bring their expertise to complex files.
Desired Skills: Ease or notions of estimation/CAD software (Quick Devis, AutoCAD, etc.) and awareness of current thermal regulations (RE2020). For junior profiles, you will benefit from personalized support and monitoring by experienced experts to gradually gain autonomy on large-scale projects.
