# Customer Service Assistant (M/F)

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (M/F) to strengthen the teams of one of our clients, a major player in the transport and logistics sector. Based at the agency in Nice Ouest, you will be mainly responsible for Welcoming and informing customers; Ensuring the delivery of parcels to customers; Processing and tracking complaints; Entering and updating information on computer systems; Participating in the assignment of routes to drivers; Performing various administrative tasks related to the agency's activity. Position to be filled immediately until at least the end of December. 35 hours/week Remuneration: €13.80 gross/hour You are organized, rigorous, and comfortable with customer contact. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and know how to demonstrate responsiveness and versatility. Good command of computer tools as well as good interpersonal skills are essential. You ideally possess experience in a similar position in the logistics and/or transport sector.
