The Actual agency is looking for a dynamic Logistics Assistant (m/f) to join a high-performing team in Châteaubriant (44110).
Your main missions
You will be in charge of managing and organizing all transport activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving personnel, and equipment. Your role will be decisive in proposing optimization solutions aimed at increasing the company's economic performance.
You will adapt the department's organization and working methods according to changes in activity. You will also be responsible for producing schedules, updating computerized tracking via the ERP, and ensuring smooth communication with drivers regarding their daily tasks.
Finally, you will work closely with the customer service and sales departments to resolve disputes and effectively manage issues related to transport operations.
Working hours: 08:00 AM - 05:30 PM
