New Works Process Project Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the New Works Process Manager of the Salting branch, you will independently manage investment, modernization, and industrial equipment optimization projects (processing lines, stuffers, smokehouses, automated packaging, conveying...):

• Engineering & Equipment Purchasing: Analyze field needs with production teams, design technical specifications, carry out supplier consultations, conduct financial negotiations, and validate contracts with the legal department.
• Steering & Site Management: Coordinate projects from A to Z in partnership with New Works technicians, monitor compliance with budget envelopes (Access/AS400), and supervise installation and commissioning in strict compliance with QHSE standards and labor law.
• Continuous Improvement & Synergy: Share feedback (REX), feed the internal technological monitoring database, update plans on AutoCAD, and support change among user teams.

• Your background: With a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Agri-food, or Automation/Mechanics (BTS/BUT CRSA, Master, Engineering School), you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment (excluding work-study).
• Your technical skills: You master industrial project management methodology (writing specifications, budget monitoring), AutoCAD software, and possess solid knowledge of agri-food process engineering and QHSE/machine safety rules. Proficiency in Google Workspace and management tools like AS400/Access is a real plus.
• Your personal assets: Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, a true negotiator posture with suppliers, and a strong team spirit, you demonstrate rigor, organization, and autonomy in managing your files.
