collaboration with the existing team, you will be involved in the operational and administrative management of non-production supplies:\nSupplies & orders:\nComplete management of workwear and personal protective equipment\nSupply and monitoring of the company's general supplies stocks\nLaunching consultations with partner suppliers\nCreation and placement of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and non-stock orders\nSupplier monitoring & logistics:\nRigorous monitoring of deliveries, management of reminders and deadlines\nInvoice processing and joint management of supplier/delivery disputes\nDaily interface between internal teams (internal clients) and suppliers\nAdministrative support:\nUpdating catalogs, databases, tracking files, and comparative tables\nOccasional support on various administrative files and department projects\nTerms and remuneration\nStart date: As soon as possible\nWorking hours: 35h / week spread over 5 days (variable hours)\nSalary: €13 to €14 gross/hour (depending on profile and experience) + 13th month \nAccess to the inter-company restaurant (RIE)\nCoverage of transport allowances\nProfile sought: With a Bac+2 level education (BTS in SME Management, SAM, Assistant Manager, International Trade, or equivalent administrative/sales administration/purchasing qualification), a first successful experience in a similar position (sales administration, purchasing, or versatile assistant) is
