Our client is a Qualiopi-certified training organization and leader in the construction sector, we are recruiting a Training Coordinator (M/F). Join an agile structure, alert to technological and strategic developments, firmly focused on service quality and performance. Reporting to the Methods and Production Manager within a team of 8 people, you will manage the administrative and financial management of a dedicated training sector (representing approximately 1,500 trainees, 300 sessions, and 25,000 trainee-hours per year). About 80% of your activity is based on the paperless management of sessions. Customer relations & Commercial development Advise and guide clients (sponsors or trainees) towards training and sessions adapted to their needs. Carry out promotional actions to optimize the session fill rate. Take charge of the entire customer order: confirmation, management of contingencies, transmission of results, supporting documents, invoicing, and payment monitoring. Transmit feedback from trainers at the end of the session. Ensure payment follow-up for clients in your sector.
