Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP, or enterprise AI services is highly desirable.\nKey Responsibilities\nApplication Development\nDevelop backend services using C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core Minimal APIs.\nBuild and enhance frontend applications using Next.js and TypeScript.\nDevelop secure REST APIs and integrations with enterprise systems.\nWrite clean, modular, maintainable, and testable production code.\nImplement authentication, authorization, validation, exception handling, logging, and API security.\nUse pnpm for frontend dependency management.\nAI Development\nIntegrate applications with Azure OpenAI/OpenAI and Azure AI services.\nDevelop AI agents, multi-step workflows, and tool/function calling.\nImplement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and enterprise tools.\nBuild RAG capabilities using enterprise data, embeddings, vector/hybrid search, grounding, and citations.\nDevelop and maintain prompts, agent configurations, and structured AI outputs.\nParticipate in AI evaluation for accuracy, groundedness, reliability, latency, and cost.\nAzure, DevOps & Engineering\nDevelop and deploy applications using Azure App Service and support future Azure Container Apps adoption where appropriate.\nBuild and maintain applications using Docker Desktop, WSL, VS Code Dev Containers, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.\nUse GitHub for source control and project tracking and follow GitHub Flow, pull-request, code-review, CI/CD, and tagged-release practices.\nDevelop unit, API, integration, and end-to-end tests; test and troubleshoot APIs using Postman.\nUse Claude Code Enterprise responsibly for development, testing, documentation, and engineering productivity.\nCollaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, and program teams using Microsoft Teams.\nRequired Qualifications\n4–7 years of software development experience.\nStrong hands-on Python or C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core development.\nExperience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.\nExperience with Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, or comparable frontend technologies.\nExperience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Service.\nExperience with Docker and containerized application development.\nStrong Git/GitHub experience and understanding of CI/CD.\nUnderstanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and secure coding.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred AI Skills\nAzure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs and enterprise LLM applications.\nAI agents, agentic
