perform root-cause analysis.\nCoach and mentor users/team members on Power Platform solutions and best practices.\nContribute to Power Platform architecture, governance, continuous improvement, and engineering strategy.\nRequired Skills:\n5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.\nStrong expertise in Model-Driven Power Apps and Dataverse.\nStrong hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows.\nExpertise in Custom Connectors and data integrations.\nHands-on experience with PCF and JavaScript Web Resources.\nGood knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio.\nExperience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, SQL Server, Blob Storage, Microsoft 365, and other systems.\nExperience managing Power Platform environments, ALM, governance, and deployments.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nExperience in coaching/mentoring users or team members is preferred.\nKnowledge of BPMN and business process modelling is an advantage.\nRelevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred.\nEducation:\nB.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related engineering
