Description:\n\n- Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments across development, testing, and production.\n\n- Ensure platform reliability, security, performance, and availability through implementations.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and operational best practices.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in Finance and Supply Chain Management environments.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform administration, environment management, and system operations.\n\n- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).\n\n- Understanding of platform governance, security controls, compliance, and change management.\n\n- Experience working with integrations, APIs, and data management concepts.\n\n- Knowledge of user management, role-based access control, and security administration.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Experience with automation tools and an automation-first approach to platform operations.\n\n- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.\n\n- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and process
