Responsibilities:\n\n- Develop, enhance, test, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.\n\n- Build and customize Model-Driven Power Apps using Dataverse.\n\n- Develop complex Power Automate Cloud Flows for workflow automation and business processes.\n\n- Design and develop Custom Connectors for integrations with external systems such as Salesforce.\n\n- Develop PCF components and JavaScript Web Resources to extend Model-Driven Apps.\n\n- Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, SQL Server, Blob Storage, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems.\n\n- Work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio.\n\n- Manage, optimize, and govern Power Platform environments, solutions, security, and deployments.\n\n- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable low-code/no-code solutions.\n\n- Collaborate with global stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.\n\n- Prepare PDDs, process documentation, technical documentation, and executive summaries.\n\n- Apply BPMN/process modelling techniques to understand and improve business workflows.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.\n\n- Coach and mentor users/team members on Power Platform solutions and best practices.\n\n- Contribute to Power Platform architecture, governance, continuous improvement, and engineering strategy.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.\n\n- Strong expertise in Model-Driven Power Apps and Dataverse.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows.\n\n- Expertise in Custom Connectors and data integrations.\n\n- Hands-on experience with PCF and JavaScript Web Resources.\n\n- Good knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio.\n\n- Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, SQL Server, Blob Storage, Microsoft 365, and other systems.\n\n- Experience managing Power Platform environments, ALM, governance, and deployments.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\n- Experience in coaching/mentoring users or team members is preferred.\n\n- Knowledge of BPMN and business process modelling is an advantage.\n\n- Relevant Microsoft Power
