etc.).\n\nDesirables (Nice to Have):\n\n- Familiarity with Generative AI and Spec-Driven Development.\n\n- Experience with test automation.\n\n- Experience with Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Service Bus.\n\n- Knowledge of CI/CD practices.\n\n- Ability to work independently and within Agile teams.\n\n- Experience with Azure cloud services.\n\n- Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM).\n\n- Python building, testing, and maintaining scalable data models using Apache Airflow and Python.\n\n- Administering Snowflake environments, monitoring system health and performance.\n\n- Managing and optimizing Snowflake virtual warehouses for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.\n\n- Managing the MLOps workflow through Snowflake registrations and Snowpark.\n\n- Promoting self-service and decentralized data ownership across teams.\n\n- Enforcing data governance policies to ensure standardization, quality, and compliance.\n\n- Providing technical assistance and cross-training to team members.\n\n- Participating in design sessions and creating technical design documents and diagrams.\n\n- Conducting code reviews and offering constructive feedback.\n\n- Mentoring engineers to
