Our commitment to our people has been recognised with the Great Place to Work certification, reflecting the positive, supportive and inspiring environment we create every day.\nIf you are looking for a place where you can grow, make an impact and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking organisation, Acturis is the place for you.\n\nResponsibilities:\nQuality Assurance & Testing:\nanalysing requirements and identifying test scenarios,\n\ndesigning and executing functional, integration, regression and end-to-end manual tests,\n\nverifying that final products meet business and technical requirements,\n\nperforming exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues.\n\nTest Automation Development & Tooling:\ndeveloping, maintaining and enhancing automated test scripts based on existing manual cases and/or specification using Behaviour Driven Development approach,\n\nidentifying suitable candidates for automation,\n\nbuilding reusable and scalable automation solutions,\n\nensuring automated tests are reliable, maintainable and provide meaningful feedback,\n\ncontributing to or maintaining automation frameworks and internal tooling.\n\nDefect management:\nidentifying, documenting, prioritizing and tracking defects,\n\nperforming root cause analysis where appropriate,\n\nverifying fixes and assessing regression impact,\n\nworking closely with Business Analysts and Developers to resolve issues.\n\nTechnical Validation:\nvalidating APIs, databases, services and integrations,\n\nreviewing logs and technical outputs to investigate failures,\n\npreparing test data and supporting test environment readiness validation,\n\nensuring data integrity between systems.\n\nCollaboration:\nwork with Business Analysts, Developers and other stakeholders,\n\nclarifying requirements and acceptance criteria,\n\nproviding testing status, quality risks and recommendations,\n\nparticipating in project meetings.\n\nContinuous improvement:\nimproving test coverage and testing process,\n\nidentifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains,\n\npromoting quality best practices within the team,\n\ncontributing to documentation and knowledge sharing.\n\nWhat tools are you going to use:\nTestRail – test management, planning and reporting,\n\nJira – defect tracking and project management,\n\nConfluence – documentation and knowledge base,\n\nSQL / logs / configuration tools – analysis and investigation,\n\nGit / Bitbucket – version control,\n\nTest automation frameworks – both commercial and built internally,\n\nMS Copilot.\n\nOur requirements:\nproven experience in software testing / QA (2-4 years of experience),\n\nstrong knowledge of test design techniques,\n\nexperience contributing to QA standards, processes or continuous improvement initiative,\n\nstrong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systems and integrations,\n\nability to perform root cause analysis and problem-solving,\n\ncommercial experience in test automation (preferably backend/API),\n\nexperience with SQL, data validation and integrations,\n\nexcellent communication skills,\n\nexperience working in cross-functional and international teams,\n\nunderstanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies and experience contributing across full delivery lifecycle (design to release),\n\nenglish at minimum B2 level (written and spoken),\n\nability to balance quality, timelines and business priorities,\n\nexperience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. TestRail, Jira).\n\nNice to have:\nexperience in insurance or financial systems,\n\npractical Python skills,\n\npractical knowledge of BDD approach,\n\nexperience in internal tooling development to support automated testing,\n\nknowledge of AI-based testing approaches and tools.\n\nWhat do we offer?\nStable employment based on an employment contract - we make sure that everyone in the company can build their work-life balance,\n\nOpportunities for development - courses and training (language, technical, soft), as well as a company library,\n\nFeedback - up to 6 times a year to help you understand what you are doing well and what are your areas for development,\n\nGain experience - you will grow under the guidance of a mentor who will support you with your onboarding and share their experience and knowledge,\n\nBenefit packages - we care about your physical and mental wellbeing, which is why we offer private medical and psychological care, as well as a Multisport card available through our cafeteria platform.
