The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time covering an area within 50 miles of the Phoenix area.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities :\nInstallation and maintenance of networking hardware including routers, switches, and WAP’s.\nInstallation and maintenance of telephony equipment and circuits.\nInstallation and support of retail technology systems - POS, Digital Signage, and Video Surveillance Systems.\nCircuit extensions and structured cabling.\nSite surveys and site audits.\nAccurate and timely submission of all job-related documents and deliverables.\nInstallation of LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite receivers, cables and hardware.\nInstallation of Fixed Wireless Antennas, cables and hardware.\nRequired Tools :\nLaptop with Windows 10 or newer, with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)\nMobile hot spot for Internet connectivity\nSmartphone with camera\nAntistatic strap\nCisco console cable\nIndustry standard hand tools\nReliable Vehicle\nLadder\nBasic telecommunications tools (punch down, butt set, tone generator/probe, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, crimpers, etc.)\nTest meters\nDrill\nMinimum Qualifications :\nWorking knowledge of networking hardware and topologies.\nFamiliarity with networking products and interfacing.\nUnderstanding of telephony systems (VOIP, PBX, Key Systems) with an ability to provide hands-on hardware and troubleshooting support.\nKnowledge of computing systems hardware with the ability to provide break/fix support for desktop PC and/or servers.\nPhysical installations of a wide variety of hardware including routers, switches, WAPs, servers, POS systems, digital signage systems, LEO Satellite (such as Starlink), FWA (Fixed Wireless Access Antennas) and associated peripheral equipment.\nAbility to provide configuration support for a variety of technology platforms through console and remote applications.\nExperience with LEC circuit identification and extensions.\nFamiliarity with cabling standards and the ability to pull and terminate cabling in a variety of customer environments (66 blocks, FDP, etc).\nAbility to operate basic power tools -
