You will work closely with development teams, architects, business stakeholders, and clients to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.\nYou will also provide technical guidance to engineering teams, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure that solutions follow industry best practices for quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities\n1. Solution Architecture & Design\nDesign scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Java and Spring Boot.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.\nDefine application architecture, integration patterns, technology choices, and technical standards.\nDesign and develop microservices-based and cloud-ready applications.\nCreate architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.\nEvaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to architecture, performance, and scalability.\n2. Java Development & Technical Leadership\nProvide hands-on technical leadership across Java development projects.\nDevelop and review applications using Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.\nApply appropriate object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.\nConduct code and technical design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.\nTroubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive root-cause resolution.\nMentor developers and support teams in adopting engineering best practices.\n3. Microservices & Integration\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.\nWork with messaging and event-driven technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent.\nDefine integration solutions between internal applications, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms.\nEnsure APIs and services are designed for performance, scalability, security, and reusability.\nApply appropriate patterns for distributed systems, fault tolerance, caching, and resilience.\n4. Cloud, DevOps & Engineering Practices\nDesign and support cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nWork with technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nCollaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, monitoring, and application observability.\nPromote automated testing and continuous integration practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve development processes, system reliability, and operational efficiency.\n5. Database & Performance Management\nDesign and optimize database solutions using SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.\nWork with NoSQL databases where appropriate.\nAnalyze application and database performance and implement optimization strategies.\nDesign solutions that support high availability, scalability, and reliability.\n6. Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with clients, product teams, business analysts, project managers, and engineering teams.\nParticipate in technical discussions, requirement workshops, architecture reviews, and solution presentations.\nExplain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, risks, and technical constraints.\nContribute to technology roadmaps and strategic architecture decisions.\nEducation, Skills, and Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n6–10 years of professional experience in Java software development and architecture.\nStrong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.\nProven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, API design, distributed systems, and system integration.\nExperience with SQL databases and good understanding of database design and optimization.\nExposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/event-driven technologies.\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nStrong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, OOP, clean code, and software architecture principles.\nExperience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team.\nStrong stakeholder-management and technical leadership capabilities.\nWillingness to work from the Baner, Pune office.\nGood to Have\nExperience with
