You will work across the full technology stack, with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot and Angular, while contributing to solution architecture, technical decisions, and engineering practices.\nYou will work closely with engineering teams, product and business stakeholders, architects, and clients to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.\nExperience Required\n8-12 years of experience in software development, full-stack engineering, technical leadership, and solution/application architecture.\nRoles & Responsibilities\n1. Architecture & Solution Design\nDesign scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions for enterprise applications.\nOwn and drive the architecture of product features and technical capabilities across the frontend, backend, integration, data, and deployment layers.\nTranslate business and non-functional requirements into high-level and low-level designs, architecture diagrams, APIs, data flows, and technical specifications.\nDesign and review microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and integration solutions.\nEvaluate technology options, design alternatives, and technical trade-offs.\nIdentify architectural risks, dependencies, constraints, and technical debt and drive appropriate solutions.\nContribute to the product's architecture roadmap and long-term technical strategy.\n2. Full-Stack Technical Leadership\nProvide technical leadership across backend and frontend development.\nDesign and review backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST APIs and related enterprise design patterns.\nDesign and review frontend solutions using Angular, TypeScript, reactive programming, and component-based architecture.\nDefine reusable technical patterns and guidelines for areas such asAPI design, error handling, validation, configuration, caching, session management, and frontend architecture.\nConduct design/code reviews and ensure adherence to sound software engineering principles and architecture standards.\nMentor developers and guide teams in solving complex technical problems.\nRemain hands-on with PoCs, technical spikes, critical implementations, and troubleshooting when required.\n3. Cloud, Scalability & Reliability\nDesign and guide implementation of cloud-native applications using containers, Kubernetes, microservices, and managed cloud services.\nDesign solutions for high availability, horizontal scalability, resilience, fault isolation, graceful degradation, and disaster recovery.\nDefine appropriate patterns for caching, retries, timeouts, circuit breakers, rate limiting, and failure handling.\nWork with DevOps/platform teams on deployment architecture, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, metrics, monitoring, alerting and operational readiness.\nContribute to technology and architecture decisions for cloud platforms and Kubernetes environments.\n4. Security, Integration & Data\nApply security-by-design principles across authentication, authorization, API security, session management, secure configuration, and data protection.\nDesign and review integrations with enterprise systems, external APIs, identity providers, and third-party services.\nDefine appropriate API, authentication, error-handling, and integration patterns.\nDesign and review data access and persistence solutions using PostgreSQL and related technologies.\nIdentify and address application, API, and database performance concerns.\n5. Technical Leadership & Architecture Governance\nProvide technical direction and mentorship to developers and senior engineers across multiple squads or workstreams.\nLead architecture discussions, design reviews, technical workshops, and solution evaluations.\nConduct code and design reviews and ensure implementation remains aligned with the agreed architecture.\nEstablish and promote architecture principles, coding standards, design patterns, engineering guidelines, and reusable components.\nProactively identify and manage technical debt and drive initiatives to improve platform stability and maintainability. \nCoach engineers on architectural thinking, system design, secure coding, troubleshooting, and engineering best practices.\n6.
