You will work with technical teams and stakeholders to support SAP implementations, manage system operations, and contribute to reliable and efficient SAP environments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform SAP BASIS administration and support activities across SAP NetWeaver environments.\nSupport SAP system installations, configurations, upgrades, patching, kernel upgrades, and system maintenance.\nAdminister and support SAP HANA and SAP ASE databases, along with UNIX and Linux operating systems.\nMonitor SAP system health, availability, and performance across both ABAP and Java stacks.\nConduct performance analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain system stability.\nSupport SAP system refreshes, transports, client administration, and routine system maintenance activities.\nParticipate in SAP implementation projects, system migrations, upgrades, and technical deployment activities.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, operational procedures, and support records.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth SAP operations.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and follow established technical standards and best practices.\n\nYour Education, Skills and Experience\nHands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and SAP NetWeaver technologies.\nWorking knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP ASE databases, UNIX/Linux operating systems, and SAP system administration.\nExperience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.\nExperience in performance analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting across both ABAP and Java stacks.\nKnowledge of cloud environments and cloud-based SAP landscapes would be an added advantage.\nExperience with SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) and Convergent Mediation (SAP CM) would be an added advantage.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong technical documentation and reporting skills.\nGood analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrate leadership when required, and manage responsibilities effectively.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Acuiti Labs, you'll work with experienced professionals on challenging SAP technology and transformation initiatives for global clients.
