They will understand operational interdependencies, assess improvement opportunities and work directly with leaders to implement practical, sustainable change.\nThis is a hands-on delivery role rather than a governance or PMO position. The role requires someone who can identify issues, evaluate options, manage dependencies and personally drive implementation to achieve measurable business outcomes.\nExperience within a private equity-backed portfolio company, value creation environment or operational transformation function is highly desirable.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperational Transformation\nLead operational improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.\nAssess operational challenges, identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.\nUnderstand end-to-end processes and manage impacts across functions.\nSupport process improvement, organisational effectiveness and operating model changes.\nDrive measurable improvements in operational performance, efficiency and scalability.\nPartner with functional leaders to embed sustainable change.\nTransformation Delivery and Execution\nTranslate business priorities into actionable transformation initiatives.\nLead delivery from problem definition through implementation.\nEvaluate options, assess impacts and support decision making.\nManage cross-functional dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.\nCoordinate activity across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.\nRemove obstacles and maintain momentum to ensure successful outcomes.\nTrack benefits and intervene where delivery or outcomes are at risk.\nCommercial and Value Creation\nDevelop business cases and value realisation plans.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and performance.\nAnalyse operational and financial data to support decision making.\nQuantify benefits and monitor delivery of outcomes.\nEnsure recommendations are commercially viable and operationally practical.\nStakeholder Leadership and Engagement\nBuild trusted relationships with executives, operational leaders and SMEs.\nFacilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions and decision-making forums.\nDrive alignment across functions and competing priorities.\nPresent recommendations, progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders.\nProduce high-quality PowerPoint materials for executive audiences.\nInfluence through credibility, collaboration and practical expertise.\nExperience and Background\nEssential\nSignificant experience leading operational transformation, operational excellence or business improvement programmes.\nStrong understanding of HR, Finance, Delivery, Commercial Operations and Technology functions.\nExperience working directly with operational leaders to define problems, assess options and implement change.\nProven ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies and operational impacts.\nExperience delivering large-scale change across multiple business functions.\nStrong commercial and financial acumen, including business cases and benefits realisation.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial performance data.\nAdvanced PowerPoint and strong Excel capability.\nExperience influencing senior stakeholders and driving delivery through collaboration.\nDemonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\nRelevant Career Backgrounds\nOperational Transformation Lead.\nBusiness Operations or Value Creation Lead.\nOperational Excellence or Continuous Improvement Leader.\nTransformation Lead within a PE-backed portfolio company.\nSenior operational leadership role involving large-scale business change.\nDesirable\nExperience within a private equity-backed portfolio company.\nExposure to value creation or post-acquisition transformation programmes.\nExperience in high-growth or investor-led environments.\nExperience presenting to boards or executive committees.\nKnowledge of financial services or professional services operating models.\nRelevant qualifications in programme delivery, operational excellence, finance or business management.\nFunctional Expertise\nCandidates are likely to bring
