Responsibilities\n\nFull Stack Application Development \n\n Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React. \n Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern React frameworks and component libraries. \n Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python. \n Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. \n Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions. \n\nCloud & Platform Engineering \n\n Design and develop cloud-native applications on AWS. \n Implement secure, scalable, and highly available application architectures. \n Develop and manage API integrations with internal and external platforms. \n Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for application deployment and monitoring. \n\nAI-Assisted Engineering \n\n Utilize agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar solutions to improve development productivity. \n Incorporate AI-assisted development practices into software engineering workflows. \n Evaluate new AI coding technologies and recommend best practices for adoption. \n Collaborate with engineering teams to establish standards for AI-enabled software development. \n\nQuality & Best Practices \n\n Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. \n Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. \n Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. \n Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and software engineering best practices. \n\nKey competencies \n\n Experience within Financial Services, Asset Management, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or FinTech environments. \n Experience developing data-intensive or analytics-driven applications. \n Knowledge of event-driven architectures and cloud-native design patterns. \n Exposure to Generative AI, LLM integrations, or AI-powered applications. \n Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models. \n\nExperience\n\n 5-10 years of professional software development experience. \n Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade full-stack applications. \n
