To our customers, we bring a partnership that provides the talent, technology and capability to enhance performance and operational efficiency.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Senior Cloud and Platform Engineer with experience engineering and operating enterprise Azure platform capabilities, who will enable reliable, compliant and scalable cloud solutions for data and application teams.\nStrong software engineering, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps expertise, with a focus on secure, automated and maintainable platform services, with experience in regulated environments, are key for the success in the role.\nKey responsibilities\nIndependently design, develop and operate enterprise-grade Azure platform components using Terraform, PowerShell and Azure DevOps\n\nApply software engineering practices to infrastructure and automation, including reusable design, automated testing, code reviews and version management\n\nOwn platform changes end-to-end from implementation through CI/CD, release and operational handover\n\nProvide knowledge transfer and support to other DevOps teams, Second Level Ops and Service Desk\n\nCompetencies\nProactive, can-do mindset with ownership of outcomes\n\nHolistic, systems-level thinking with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\n\nClear, concise communication and stakeholder collaboration\n\nQuality-focused engineering practices, including automation-first and documentation discipline\n\nRequired skills (must haves to be considered for the role)\nSeveral years of hands-on experience with the following in enterprise Azure environments:\nInfrastructure as Code and Automation\n\nAdvanced software development in a modern scripting language, e.g. Python or PowerShell, including automated testing, code reviews and artifact/version management\n\nInfrastructure as Code development using Terraform\n\nAzure DevOps pipelines (build and release), YAML, reusable templates, approvals and environments\n\nAzure Services: Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage\n\nNetworking: VNets, hub-and-spoke architectures, private endpoints, NSGs\n\nIdentity and Security: Microsoft Entra ID integration, including managed identities, service principals, app registrations and role assignments\n\nFluent spoken and written business English (German highly appreciated)\n\nNice to Have Skills\nAzure Services: Azure AI Search, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory\n\nObservability and Reliability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights\n\nWorking experience in a regulated environment, preferably Insurance\n\nKubernetes\n\nPure Operations / System Administrator roles\n\nWhy join us\nPeople are at the Heart of our Business.
