Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.\nTravel to clinic locations for troubleshooting and/or software and hardware installations.\nTroubleshoot and resolve various hardware, software, and other system problems, replacing components when necessary.\nResponsible for deploying standardized setup for PCs, printers, and communication systems. Install, set up, and provide support and troubleshooting assistance to personnel regarding PC hardware, operating systems, software installation, and printer issues. Work with imaging software to image and deploy newly imaged computers for rollout.\nConsult with IT management on problems found and possible solutions. Carry out IT security policies and report security problems to IT management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications to our network.\nDocument all service calls and work history using the Help Desk.\nMaintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with Company policies. \nKeep commitments and keep direct supervisor informed of work progress, timetables, and issues. \nMaintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (e.g., OSHA, WC, HIPAA, ADA, FEHA, DOL, HR policies and practices). \nOther duties as assigned by management.\nRequirements\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n REQUIRED: Any combination totaling 3 years of experience:\nCollege coursework in Information Technology (IT), IT Management, or a closely related discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent: 60 semester hours or associate degree equals one year\n 90 semester hours equals two years\n 120 semester hours or bachelor’s degree equals three years\n\no Work experience in enterprise help desk support. Staff must reside in Coachella Valley in Southern California, with additional regional requirements based on service area. Travel may be required throughout your assigned region, including the Imperial Valley, Los Angeles County, Orange County, Kern County and San Diego County. Temperature conditions are controlled with limited direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. \nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear. The employee will frequently lift and/or carry reports, records, and other materials that typically weigh less than 20 pounds.
