Acuity, Inc. is a consulting firm that supports federal agencies in the areas of IT Modernization, Data Enablement, and Hyperautomation.Responsibilities\nParticipate in system design and implementation through agile sprints to develop and deploy advanced cybersecurity capabilities.\nAdminister security tools and rule configurations; update and adjust them for new releases.\nProvide cybersecurity engineering and consulting to assist in onboarding customers to the platform.\nPerform security impact and risk assessment of changes proposed to these systems.\nMonitor platform level network changes, analyze impact, and provide appropriate technical solutions to resolve issues efficiently.\nAs needed, assist with other security service offerings and projects.\nAdvanced knowledge of infrastructure security / Ability to recommend best practices and assess current posture.\nAdvanced knowledge of security capabilities\nAbility to create / verify security policies.\nAbility to create / verify RBAC roles.\nCreate / Maintain / Report on security documentation.\nKnowledge of ATO and fedramp\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in security engineering or security operations, including at least 1 year working on VMware solutions.\nFamiliar with design and implementation of monitoring capabilities for various stakeholders (e.g., developers, business owners, security, and infrastructure)\nHave a deep understanding of API Security, Container Security, Cloud Security\nFamiliar with security plans that implement systems and procedures to effectively secure information, infrastructure, intellectual property, and users against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction or disclosure.\nAbility to analyze services that are offered on a platform, to include third party services\nExperience working with NIST SP 800-53, RMF, FISMA, DHS and DoD policies\nFamiliarity with infrastructure components (VMs, Security Products, Network ports and protocols, Databases, Middleware and open source code) to support DevOps in an enterprise environment to build, maintain and sustain an enterprise information technology DevOps operational model.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills; technical and business focused, with the ability to document and describe security processes and data.\nCustomer-service oriented with a desire to continuously learn and take on new challenges.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and function as an integral part of the team.\nEffective time management skills with the ability to shift focus to accommodate changes in business and client priorities.\nDesired Skills/Experience:\nOne or more active security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCISSP, CEH, CISM, CISA, Cloud+, CCSP)\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have an active clearance (Secret OR Top Secret)\nMin\nUSD $180,000.00/Yr.Max\nUSD $200,000.00/Yr.Salary Range\nThe salary range for this position represents Acuity's good faith estimate of the compensation for this job title at the time of posting.
