The eldoLED firmware team specifies, designs, implements, and maintains a suite of multiplatform LED driver controls relating to a comprehensive tooling chain. Monitor and improve predictability.\nThink outside the box and into the future for architecture and feature definition.\nEnjoys working with a global development team located over 5 sites.\nStay on top of quality using your experience in coding.\nKey Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)\nMinimum of a master’s degree in computer science or equivalent by experience.\nMinimum of 8 years Agile firmware development experience.\nExperience in both low level hardware control and high level RTOS development on ARM.\nDev-ops has no secrets, you can tailor to the teams needs and reporting.\nEager learner (Acuity PDS processes) with a hands-on and challenging attitude.\nPro-active result-oriented team player with leadership skills empowering teammates, able to act as sounding board.\nStrong communication skills in English, Dutch brings an advantage.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nSr/Ld firmware developer background, with experience in hardware interaction.\nExperience with unit testing frameworks.\nExperience with modern software build environments (eg. versioning systems, regression test suites, automated builds).\nExperience with product -owner and/or -manager roles.\nExperience working with globally located development teams.\nTask switcher, working on several projects and features in parallel whilst nurturing the stakeholder relations.\nThe range for this position is $150,900.00 to $271,600.00 USD. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
