We combine industry partnerships and long-term federal experience with innovative technical leadership to support our customers’ critical missions.Qualifications\nRequired Skills:\nPerforming schema updates.\nPossessing significant knowledge & experience in submitting Lucene queries.\nPossessing significant knowledge & experience on how Solr/Elastic shards work.\nPossessing significant experience tuning Solr/Elastic for performance and query optimization.\nIntermediate to Expert level experience in Solr or Elastic Search (minimum 3 years).\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in a big data environment using tools such as Hadoop, Pyspark, Spark, and Hbase (prefer at least two of the list).\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on, back-end Java development experience (not Javascript or Springboot) implementing code that undergoes code reviews, unit testing, integration testing and deployed to a production environment.\nCollege degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.\nPreferred Skills:\nDemonstrated experience working with several AWS services.\nDemonstrated experience with JIRA and GITHUB.\nClearance Requirements:\nTS/SCI w/Poly\nMin\nUSD $160,000.00/Yr.Max\nUSD $210,000.00/Yr.Salary Range\nThe salary range for this position represents Acuity's good faith estimate of the compensation for this job title at the time of posting.
