We combine industry partnerships and long-term federal experience with innovative technical leadership to support our customers’ critical missions.Responsibilities\nPerform system implementation, troubleshooting, and administration activities.\nInstallation, training, support, monitoring, and maintenance of hardware and software.\nTroubleshooting and resolution of problems as well as the communication, tracking, and reporting of these efforts.\nPerforming imaging, restores, and ongoing management of systems, software, and hardware.\nCreating, maintaining, tracking, and communicating configurations and/or changes of configurations in hardware, software, data, permissions (or security-related information), etc.\nProviding development, maintenance, and communication of diagrams, system configurations, and technical documentation.\nProviding technical support for testing and evaluation.\nResponsible for the full lifecycle of design through implementation of enterprise and business specific solutions involving conceptual and logical architecture. \nCreate prototypes and perform technology evaluations. \nEnsures Windows application hosts and SQL database hosts comply with applicable system security standards\nWorks with information assurance teams to ensure system accreditation\nPlans for and performs any required Windows server configuration changes\nAnalyzes monitoring data for performance optimization opportunities\nDevelops and implements system performance monitoring processes\nMaintains current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for server operations and maintenance\nWorks as part of a team on client engagements.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology (or equivalent related field experience)\n2+ years Windows server experience (2012, 2016, 2019)\nMust have a minimum of three (3) Years specialized experience in Systems Administration supporting MS SQL Server, MS System Center (SCCM), O365/SharePoint and MS Azure\nKnowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Registry, Group Policy Objects\nProficiency scripting in PowerShell or equivalent\nDesired Qualifications:\nMicrosoft Server or Infrastructure Certification(s) (or equivalent work experience)\nRemedy Action Request Server, ServiceNow and ITSM experience\nSQL database experience\nITIL® Foundations certification\nSecurity+ certification\nPrior experience in a consulting environment\nPreference for experience with mentoring and training staff\nClearance Requirements:\nActive clearance required (Secret OR Top Secret)\nMin\nUSD $70,000.00/Yr.Max\nUSD $115,000.00/Yr.Salary Range\nThe salary range for this position represents Acuity's good faith estimate of the compensation for this job title at the time of posting.
