You work closely with our specialist departments and development teams and represent the voice of the customer.\nYour tasks\nPMO & Project Steering\nEnd-to-end steering of projects from concept to rollout, both classic and agile, incl. timeline, budget, quality and risk management\nValue-based prioritisation and steering of the project and product portfolio\nEstablishing agile ways of working and effective cross-team collaboration\nTransparency through progress, flow and delivery metrics up to management level, plus lean, decision-oriented steering formats\n Product & Requirements Management\nFunctional steering of (AI) development teams and development partners across the full delivery lifecycle\nCapturing, prioritising and managing requirements and translating them into clear specifications and stories\nOwnership of the roadmap and further development of our solutions for extracting and structuring financial data\nDefining and tracking relevant product and delivery metrics\n Stakeholder & Customer Management\nAutonomous stakeholder management across all levels\nLeading customer meetings from clarifying requirements to aligning on results\nStructured communication with internal and external stakeholders at project and programme level\n Transformation\nDriving transformation and change initiatives within the division\nEmbedding new ways of working and technologies, in particular AI, into day-to-day operations\nEvolving processes and collaboration towards scalable, efficient workflows\nAligning cross-functional initiatives with our parent company Acuity Analytics\n Your profile\nA university degree or comparable qualification; a Master's or MBA is preferred\nMulti-year experience with demonstrable impact in demanding projects, ideally in management consulting, financial services or software and technology\nProven experience in leading complex technological projects and in the functional steering of (AI) development teams\nExperience in regulated industries is an advantage (e.g. EU AI Act, KWG, DORA, MaRisk)\nStrong analytical and conceptual thinking, a structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills\nStrong communication skills at senior stakeholder and management level\nA servant-leadership mindset and experience in the functional leadership of teams\nConfident use of common project and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)\nCertification in agile project and product management (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) is an advantage\nWillingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5 to 10%, including international)\nBusiness-fluent German and English (C1)\nOur offer\nA role with room to shape things and high visibility\nThe chance to work on demanding technology and AI projects in the European financial sector\nIntegration into a growing, international company with a strong market position\nModern working environment with flexible working hours and home office options\nAttractive benefits: in-house daycare centre, sports & relaxation room, health offers\nTargeted further development and individual career planning\nCompetitive compensation based on your qualifications and experience\n Why join us\nPeople are at the Heart of our Business.
