This is an opportunity to develop your career in an ambitious, modern business that is committed to delivering measurable customer impact with leading-edge tech.\nAbout you\nKey personality traits: \nAttention to detail and a methodical approach to work. \nProactive and supportive team player. \nAbility to act independently. \nQuick to learn new techniques and eager to embrace new challenges. \nPositive attitude towards change and a fast-paced environment. \nCan-do approach towards development initiatives, methodologies, and working practices. \nEmbraces a challenger mindset, thriving on pushing boundaries, driving innovation, and focusing on delivering value. \nYour daily responsibilities as a Senior Software Engineer will be:\nContribute to architectural and technological decisions throughout project delivery. \nProvide technical guidance and support to team members. \nMentor colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and growth. \nParticipate in agile ceremonies and support efficient delivery practices. \nConduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality. \nPromote and apply best practices in engineering and solution design. \nIdentify and address technical risks and impediments early. \nCollaborate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery across the stack. \nRequired Skills and Experience\nThe following skills/experience are necessary:\n5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, delivering enterprise-grade solutions across back-end, front-end, and cloud. \nStrong back-end expertise with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core, including RESTful API and microservice development. \nSolid front-end experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to build and maintain complex, performant UIs. \nPractical hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Identity, networking fundamentals). \nFamiliarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD tooling. \nProficient with Git and modern branching strategies. \nSolid understanding of software design principles, SOLID, and clean architecture. \nExperience with automated testing practices and CI/CD pipelines. \nAbility to troubleshoot complex issues, make sound technical decisions, and balance trade-offs. \nStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal). \nThe following skills/qualifications are advantageous:\nExperience maintaining or modernising applications. \nFamiliarity with React or other modern frontend frameworks. \nFamiliarity with Next.js. \nExperience with front-end testing frameworks and tooling. \nKnowledge of event-driven or serverless architectures. \nExperience with containerisation (Docker) and infrastructure as code. \nCloud certification in Azure. \n Why join us\nPeople are at the Heart of our Business.
