You'll develop scalable backend services, integrate Azure AI technologies, and help modernise our cloud platform.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain Python backend services.\nBuild AI-powered document solutions including search, Q&A, summarisation and RAG.\nDevelop solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and Azure Cognitive Services.\nIntegrate Azure Service Bus, Blob Storage and other Azure services.\nImplement secure AI solutions, including prompt protection and managed identities.\nWork within GitHub using pull requests, code reviews and CI workflows.\nSupport platform improvements through refactoring and service decoupling.\nRequirements\nStrong commercial experience with Python backend development.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure.\nHands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search or Azure Cognitive Services.\nExperience building AI or document processing solutions.\nExperience with GitHub and collaborative development.\nGood understanding of cloud security and secure APIs.\nExperience working within larger codebases.\nNice to Have\nGitHub Actions or CI/CD experience.\nTerraform or Infrastructure as Code.\nAzure infrastructure experience.\nKnowledge of enterprise AI or document management platforms.\nWhy join us\nPeople are at the Heart of our Business.
