Visit us at www.acuityinc.com.\nJob Summary\nAs a Materials Planner at our company, your role involves analyzing the supply plan and comparing it to actual orders to determine the materials that need to be requisitioned through Oracle. You will be responsible for interpreting the supply plan to accurately forecast material requirements, ensuring that production and customer needs are met. Additionally, you will play a key part in optimizing inventory levels, maintaining the right balance between supply and demand to minimize excess or shortage of materials. Your proficiency with Oracle will be critical in effectively managing the requisition process and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our material procurement and inventory management processes.\nKey Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)\nResponsible for submitting the material requisitions based on Supply Plan information. \nMaintain the Kanban Loops Updated using Std Deviation Kanban Formula. \nMaintain the MRP /KB Items within the SS required. \nResponsible of interpreting the Supply Plan material requests. \nAnalyzing data related to material usage, inventory levels. \nCreate ISO / Internal Orders and monitor delivery.\nPlanning Category ( MRP/ KB/DSY) and Inter Div Sourcing Rulers. Inter Div Parameters Maintenance Make decisions about Pull in / Push out (Requisitions) based on Supply Plan. \nTrack receiving material hold ( Quarantine ) ISO \nPhase In Phase Down / out - Eng.
