The role will work closely with Acunam's Microsoft solutions, Managed Security, Business Systems, Desktop Support and Networking teams. Particular emphasis will be placed on strengthening Acunam's Microsoft 365 technical capability and developing the intersection between Microsoft cloud administration and Microsoft cloud security\n\nJob Summary\n\nEmployer: acunam\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nLocation: Windhoek, Namibia\n\nCategory: Information & Technology\n\nClosing Date: 2026-10-16\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365 customer environments across multiple tenants.\n\nManage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.\n\nManage Microsoft Entra ID identities, users, groups, roles, authentication, and access controls.\n\nConfigure and maintain Microsoft Intune and cloud-based endpoint management environments.\n\nImplement and manage Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and related identity and access management controls.\n\nAdminister Microsoft 365 licensing and assist with the technical assessment and optimisation of customer licensing requirements.\n\nManage Microsoft 365 tenant configurations, policies, domains, and service settings.\n\nPerform Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant changes, and customer onboarding activities.\n\nTroubleshoot complex Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, identity, authentication, and endpoint management issues.\n\nMonitor Microsoft cloud environments and proactively identify configuration, security, capacity, and service risks.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, customer tenant records, configuration standards, and operational procedures.\n\nImplement and maintain Microsoft 365 backup and recovery solutions.\n\nAssist with the standardisation and automation of Microsoft 365 administration across Acunam's customer base.\n\nUse PowerShell and other appropriate tools to automate administration, reporting, and repetitive technical tasks.\n\nAct as an escalation point for Microsoft 365 technical issues.\n\nWork closely with Acunam's Managed Security team to improve Microsoft 365 security posture across customer environments.\n\nAssist with Microsoft Defender, identity protection, email security, endpoint security, and other Microsoft cloud security technologies where appropriate.\n\nSupport Microsoft Secure Score and similar security assessment and improvement initiatives.\n\nAssist in identifying configuration and security improvements within existing customer environments.\n\nWork with Acunam's technical teams to develop and maintain Microsoft 365 technical standards and best practices.\n\nAssist with Microsoft-related projects, migrations, deployments, and service improvements.\n\nWork with Acunam's commercial and solutions teams where technical input is required for customer opportunities and solution design.\n\nParticipate in technical customer engagements where appropriate.\n\nAssist in transitioning new Microsoft 365 customers and solutions from pre-sales into implementation and ongoing managed support.\n\nMaintain and develop relevant Microsoft certifications and technical competencies.\n\nParticipate in after-hours maintenance and emergency support activities where required.\n\nRequirements\n\nNamibian citizenship.\n\nGrade 12 certificate.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nFluency in English;
