Lasting Impact.\nAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Engineer to join a high-performing manufacturing business committed to innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nThis role is ideally suited to a commercially minded engineer who enjoys taking projects from concept to completion, delivering strategic improvements, and influencing the future direction of manufacturing operations. You will lead key engineering initiatives, introduce new technologies, and ensure our production facilities remain efficient, compliant, and fit for future growth.\nThe Role\nYou will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing engineering solutions that enhance productivity, quality, capacity, and safety across the site. Working closely with cross-functional teams in the UK and internationally, you will manage capital projects, oversee equipment installations, support new product introduction, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nAbout You\nYou will bring:\nProven experience within a manufacturing or production engineering environment\nA strong track record of delivering engineering projects and capital investments\nExcellent technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment installation, and continuous improvement methodologies\nExperience managing suppliers, contractors, budgets, and project timelines\nA thorough understanding of engineering compliance, including PUWER, LOLER, and Health & Safety standards\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels\nAn engineering apprenticeship, HNC (or equivalent), and experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software would be advantageous.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where engineering is valued as a strategic function.
