This role identifies material risks through analysis of financial statements, tax returns, contracts, credit reports, legal reports, UCC analysis and external web sites. The Analyst, Floorplan Credit utilizes computer programs to assess the eligibility of a credit applicant based on risk factors and applicant information.\nWhat you will do:\nActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.\nPerform financial and performance trend analysis based upon corporate key ratios and make supported recommendations.\nManage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing attention to detail.\nEnsure prompt follow-up is maintained to process account timely and efficiently.\nConfirm all required supporting documentation per account to secure corporate interest.\nInterface directly with customer representatives to resolve credit related issues, questions or concerns, including external customers, customer accountants, CEO or CFO.\nCommunicate directly with internal management or Regional Sales Executives to resolve credit-related issues, questions, or concerns.\nAssess and determine additional or current collateral requirements in coordination with other internal departments.\nEnsure compliance in the completion of all assigned transactions accurately and in a timely manner.\nReview legal documentation to ensure transactions are properly secured and comply with all State and Federal Laws.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\nWhat you will need:\n4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Business, Accounting, Finance, or related major required \n2 year(s) Auto or Financial Service industry\nAbility to read, write, speak and understand English. \nExperience in various inventory finance software programs.\nWorking knowledge of Auto Dealer prepared statements and auto auctions preferred.\nDemonstrated experience in business accounting/financial statement concepts, procedures and process typically used in automotive and financial service industries.\nAbility to analyze tax returns, CPA audited, reviewed and dealer-prepared business financial statements for accounts that require a credit facility.\nAbility to perform cash flow analysis to determine accounts liquidity.\nAbility of self-reliance and prioritize work flow in heavy volume environment.\nAbility to analyze financial statements to determine profitability and financial ratios.\nSkill to review customer bank statements and identify credit related issues.\nAbility to assess and analyze personal financial statements.\nAnalyze credit worthiness of principals including asset search examination.\nKnowledge of business documentation including Sole Proprietorships, S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships and Limited Liability Corporations.
