sales, and confirm buyer numbers in real time.\nAccurately enter sale prices and buyer details into auction software during live auctions.\nRelay important vehicle details and seller announcements to bidders when needed.\nCommunicate effectively with ringmen, auctioneers, and buyers to facilitate a seamless bidding process.\nVerify bidder credentials and confirm transactions before finalizing vehicle sales.\nAssist title clerks and accounting teams in ensuring correct documentation and payment processing.\nAddress and resolve any discrepancies in sales records promptly.\nMaintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with dealers, consignors, and auction staff.\nPerform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and post-auction paperwork processing.\nSupport auction setup, post-sale reconciliation, and other duties as assigned.\nWhat you will need:\nAbility to read, write, speak and understand English.\nPrevious experience in an auction, automotive, or clerical role is a plus but not required.\nStrong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data entry.\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn auction software.\nKnowledge of automotive terms and auction processes is beneficial.\nAbility to stay composed and focused during live auction events.\nFlexible availability to work during auction days and occasional extended hours.\nLive auction environment with a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.\nMay require standing for long periods and working in a noisy setting.\nWork primarily in an auction block area but may also assist in other auction
