potential buyers, including dealerships, wholesalers, and individual customers.\nBuild and maintain relationships with existing and potential buyers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate vehicle recommendations.\nConduct effective sales presentations, showcasing the features, condition, and value of vehicles up for auction, as well as the benefits of working with the company.\nCommunicate auction processes, terms, and conditions to buyers, ensuring their understanding and compliance.\nAssist buyers in evaluating vehicle options, providing accurate information and answering questions regarding vehicle history, condition reports, and title status.\nNegotiate pricing and facilitate the bidding process, maximizing sales opportunities.\nCollaborate with the auction team to ensure efficient and smooth sales transactions, including coordinating vehicle release, paperwork, and payment processes.\nActively prospect and identify new leads and potential buyers, utilizing various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.\nMeet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong sales performance and contributing to the overall success of the auction lot.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management.\nAttend industry events, trade shows, and auctions to expand network and represent the auction lot.\nCollaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nExperience & Education:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\n1-2 years’ sales experience, preferably in the automotive or car auction industry.\nKnowledge & Skills:\nAbility to read, write, speak and understand English.\nDemonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.\nProven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.\nKnowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle makes and models, market trends, and valuation.\nFamiliarity with auction processes, terminology, and documentation requirements.\nDemonstrated presentation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively showcase and sell vehicles.\nProven experience in computer software and applications, including auction management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend auctions as required.\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record.\nMust be able to work in both traditional office conditions and field setting, including moving for most of the day.\nAble to lift, push, pull, or move items weighing up to 25 lbs. for various
