In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting, partner with business leaders, develop creative sourcing strategies, and help attract exceptional talent across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, comfortable managing competing priorities, and passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.\n*** 3 Days onsite - Buffalo, NY HQ**\nWhat You'll Do\nManage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions, from intake through offer acceptance.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, establish recruiting strategies, and drive hiring decisions.\nProactively source, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates, including passive talent.\nConduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and position requirements.\nManage multiple requisitions, prioritize business needs, and maintain recruiting timelines.\nProvide hiring managers with regular pipeline updates, market insights, and recommendations.\nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition information in Dayforce ATS to support reporting and recruiting metrics.\nCollaborate on employer branding, recruiting events, technology initiatives, and process improvements.\nDeliver a consistent, professional, and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.\nWhat You'll Bring\n4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven record of delivering hiring results.\nStrong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.\nExperience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting data;
