Job Purpose\nTo carry out maintenance, installation, overhauling and modification activities on the plant's electrical machinery and equipment in accordance with standard maintenance procedures, HSE guidelines and quality standards, to attain effective functionality and reliability.\n3. Key Accountabilities\n3.1 Electrical Maintenance\nCarry out required daily electrical maintenance work and routine preventive electrical maintenance work according to the set schedule and ACWA NOMAC procedures to facilitate continuous operations.\nMonitor the physical condition of all equipment in the assigned plant and report non-conformances to the Electrical Engineer / Electrical Supervisor to facilitate effective maintenance of all ACWA NOMAC facilities as per set Quality / HSE standards.\nRespond to electrical failures and implement corrective actions in adherence with procedures and guidelines to reduce downtime and maximise equipment functionality.\nTroubleshoot using the necessary tools, including diagnosing, repairing and testing circuit or wiring faults and locating faults in cables, to validate that all connection points and cables are capable of withstanding capacity voltages.\nDiagnose causes of electrical malfunction or failure of operational equipment such as transformers, motors, relays, switches, and control and monitoring devices, and take corrective measures in collaboration with the Electrical Engineer / Electrical Supervisor.\nRead and understand technical manuals, wiring diagrams and similar documentation, and apply this knowledge to carry out maintenance and troubleshooting tasks in the assigned area.\nAlign, adjust and calibrate equipment according to specifications, and maintain records of repairs, calibrations and tests.\nDevelop expertise in at least one of the following core fields to become a BESS & HV system subject matter expert:Inverters, SCB, Strings\nBESS (Battery Energy Storage System)\nLV / HV apparatus\nSCADA\nTransformers\nAIS up to 220 kV\n\n3.2 Inventory\nCheck the necessary stock levels of spare parts to support effective inventory control.\n3.3 Documentation\nUpdate the maintenance logbook and record details of work carried out, including defaults, problems, findings and equipment conditions, to ensure timely availability of information and organised referencing.\n3.4 Continuous Improvement\nContribute to the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the organisation's standards.\nComplete Mishkaty TQP L4 with JPM for all site-specific contents of Uzbek PV Plants.\n3.5 Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures\nAdhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard maintenance procedures and instructions, so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner.\n3.6 Health, Safety, Security & Environment\nAdhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls, so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.\n3.7 Related Assignments\nPerform any other duties which the line manager may require to be carried out.\n4. Communication & Working Relationships\nInternal\nWork closely with the Electrical Supervisor, Engineers and Supervisors in the Maintenance section and the Operations team.\nExternal\nWork with relevant contractors and vendors.\n5.
