You will understand technology capabilities and how they apply to our strategic roadmap from both a product and customer perspective.Directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom’s Data & Identity Layer from conception through end of life. Functions as a central resource across product, design, engineering, architecture, quality, marketing, and delivery as the product(s) move through their lifecycle. Partners closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute product development plans and ensure product performance meets defined goals.\nOperates as an independent product owner within a defined scope, contributing to broader product strategy while owning day-to-day product decisions, delivery, and performance.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nFully functional and self-directed within defined product scope \nProvides guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced associates \nDirectly Responsible Individual (DRI) for a single product, sub-product, or defined capability acting as the Product level first line of response to stakeholders. \nCollect and prioritize market and stakeholder requirements, turning them into actionable product enhancements and plans. \nDefines and executes product roadmap aligned to broader product or domain strategy \nBuilds and maintains product business plans to support revenue, adoption, and cost efficiency goals \nOwns and manages roadmaps, product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization \nEstablishes and manages quarterly OKRs and product KPIs (e.g., revenue, adoption, availability, quality, cost efficiency) \nExecutes product development plans in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams \nCollaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support product launches, positioning, and adoption \nMonitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on financial, operational, and client satisfaction metrics \nWorks closely with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to ensure requirements are addressed throughout the product lifecycle \nSupports research and analysis to inform product enhancements, positioning, and competitive differentiation \nEscalates complex cross-product dependencies, strategic tradeoffs, and investment-related considerations to senior product leadership \nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nThis position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience, \nStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills \nStrong problem solving and analytical skills \nBackground in product development, data products, or related technical environments \nPractical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices \nDomain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments\nThe position is not eligible for any sort of sponsorship \nPreferred\nExperience managing large scale implementation of data sets including - data ingestion, integration, transformation and reporting tools experience. \nStrong technical abilities with an ability to get in the weeds, where necessary.
