The role will involve managing programs from strategic planning and product development through launch, with ownership of timelines, budgets, governance, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead and govern end-to-end product development programs across engineering and business functions.\n\n- Establish and standardize Agile/Hybrid development frameworks, stage gates, milestones, and delivery processes.\n\n- Drive program governance, product health reviews, executive dashboards, MIS, and roadmap reporting.\n\n- Maintain RAID logs, identify technical and operational risks, and drive timely mitigation and resolution.\n\n- Own CapEx/OpEx planning, budget allocation, resource-cost forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple program streams.\n\n- Manage critical-path activities, cross-functional dependencies, and steering committee reviews to ensure on-time and quality delivery.\n\n- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve blockers and maintain program momentum.\n\n- Provide data-driven insights to leadership on program health, risks, dependencies, financials, and delivery status.\n\nKey Qualifications:\n\n- 8-10 years of dedicated Program/Project Management experience, preferably in product development, automotive, EV, mobility, electronics, or technology environments.\n\n- Proven experience managing end-to-end product development lifecycles and complex, multi-functional programs.\n\n- PMP certification is mandatory.\n\n- PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or similar certifications will be an advantage.\n\n- Strong expertise in risk management, governance, stakeholder management, financial planning, and delivery management.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar program management tools.\n\n- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder-management skills.\n\nSkills\nIT Program Management, IT
