As the technical lead and project owner for assigned initiatives, you will work cross-functionally to deliver reliable, manufacturable, and customer-focused solutions from concept through production release while meeting schedule, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the design, development, and implementation of electro-mechanical systems used in industrial inspection and automation applications.\nDevelop and maintain mechanical designs, electrical systems, engineering drawings, schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation.\nApply Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), reliability, serviceability, and safety principles to new and existing products.\nManage project schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution from concept through production release.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to drive project milestones, resolve technical challenges, and maintain accountability for deliverables.\nDevelop specifications for purchased components, fabricated parts, materials, tooling, and equipment.\nPartner with Manufacturing and Service teams to resolve production and field issues while driving continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong electro-mechanical design experience and a passion for bringing complex equipment projects from concept to reality.
