The role covers computer troubleshooting, server administration, data backups, networking and IoT device deployment, including digital signage systems and media players.\nKey ResponsibilitiesIT Support & Troubleshooting\nInstall, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, software and other IT equipment.\n\nDiagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, email and network issues.\n\nManage user accounts, access permissions, software updates and security patches.\n\nProvide remote and on-site technical support to staff and clients.\n\nServer Administration & Backups\nSet up, maintain and monitor Windows/Linux servers and NAS storage.\n\nConfigure and monitor scheduled backups for servers, databases and business files.\n\nInvestigate backup failures and perform regular restoration tests to verify data recovery.\n\nMaintain backup records, recovery procedures and system documentation.\n\nSupport endpoint protection, antivirus and access security.\n\nIoT & Project Support\nDeploy, configure and troubleshoot IoT devices, sensors, gateways, industrial PCs and digital signage players.\n\nSupport Linux-based devices, including Raspberry Pi and similar platforms.\n\nConfigure routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs and 4G/5G connectivity.\n\nWork with software developers and vendors to resolve device connectivity and integration issues.\n\nConduct site installation, testing, commissioning and preventive maintenance.\n\nRequirementsDiploma or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or a related field.\n\nPreferably at least two years of relevant IT support, infrastructure or IoT experience.
