Join us, we’re going to do it.\nThe Opportunity:\nAdalFi is in hyper-growth mode - join now and see what it’s like to build a unicorn at the ground floor.\n\nWhat does hyper-growth look like?\n\nLast year we TRIPLED our cumulative, all-time KPI.\n\nThis year we will comfortably triple last year’s number again.\n\nJoin the Growth Team as our first Creative Designer\n\nDefine our visual identity and assist cross functional teams across\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and directly contribute the visual identity for AdalFi across a variety of digital and physical mediums\n\nHelp iterate design on our website, this includes but is not limited to iconography, visual elements, standard imagery and key branding elements\n\nCreate and execute organic campaigns on social media & email for B2B use cases\n\nDirectly partner with customers and help deliver collateral for launches and expansion opportunities\n\nEnable Sales Teams and Executives with creation of assets to improve efficiency\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nThe Bare Minimums:\nA stellar portfolio: you’re a designer, show us what you’ve got!\n\nYou’re punctual - we respect everyone’s time here. We expect you to do the same.\n\nExceptional communication - your role will be customer facing - this is a bare minimum.\n\nResponsiveness - get back to customers and your team ASAP.
