We recognize the importance of being early movers in this field, and have assembled a well-supported and passionate team to do so.\nWhat we are looking for:\nWe are seeking a Test Automation Engineer who will play a key role in the development of a product, which at its core aims to empower individuals through thoughtful collaboration with intelligent technology. \nYou will partner with a brilliant team of engineers and innovators and will be at the cutting edge of some of the most interesting consumer use-cases for intelligent technologies. \nWe have established a culture that promotes both remote work and in-person collaboration, with team members currently dispersed around the country with hubs in Austin, NYC, and the Bay Area. We believe that the integration of these two elements allows for maximum productivity and creativity as we strive to achieve our goal.\nResponsibilities: \nPlan and design robust and scalable automation infrastructure solutions to support the organization's business needs.\nDevelop and implement automation strategies and frameworks to integrate validation tests and production metrics for non-deterministic processes\nDesign, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for multiple platforms (iOS, Android and web)\nDesign canary strategy for early detection of production outages\nCollaborate with other members of the engineering, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective test plans.\nIntegrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing and delivery.\nAnalyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.\nEvaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.\nEnsure test environments and test data are properly managed and maintained.\nStay current with industry trends and best practices in test automation and quality assurance.\nBuild and maintain frameworks to enforce that engineering best practices are implemented in production environments\nQualifications: \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or comparable work experience)\nProven experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, PyTest, TestNG).\nStrong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Go.\nStrong networking knowledge\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g.,GCP, AWS, Azure) and infrastructure as code.\nScripting skills (e.g., Bash) for automation tasks.\nStrong communication skills are a requirement\nDesired:\nExperience with ML/AI projects\nExperience with knowledge graphs\nWork Experience:\n5+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer\nstartup experience is a plus\nBenefits: \nEarly stage equity\nComprehensive health insurance\nGenerous PTO\nRemote and in person cultures that promote collaboration\nFull compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.\nUnited States -
