# Founding Growth Marketer

As our Growth Marketer, you’ll own the engine that turns attention into users: paid, SEO and AEO, lifecycle, launches and the analytics underneath it all. This is a hands-on, versatile role on a team that is changing who owns frontier AI. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make Adaption the top choice for owning and building intelligence for every enterprise. What you will do Own the experimentation engine end to end: uncover opportunities in funnel and product data, design experiments and tracking, and run weekly reporting that turns results into decisions.
