mentor other engineers.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n5+ years of backend development experience.\n\nStrong Java, Spring, and Spring Boot skills.\n\nDeep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.\n\nAdvanced, daily hands-on use of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar, with practical experience integrating AI into real development workflows.\n\nAbility to critically evaluate AI-generated code, make sound technical decisions, and maintain high engineering standards.\n\nExperience with distributed systems, microservices, and API design.\n\nStrong database and SQL skills.\n\nExperience with unit and integration testing.\n\nAbility to take ownership and work independently in a cross-functional team.\n\nStrong communication
